loader doesn't change settings

hey if i changed my SRO setting to a higher resolution SRO changes it but the loader doesn't... its still with 1024x600 while i have now 1680x1050 resolution... with my fathers computer it does keep its settings(also at 1680x1050) but here on my own one it doesn't, anyone knows a sollution?
.:EDIT: Nvm solved it -.- just replaced the old files and started SRO and changed in game:.
