Academy guide

I promiced some of u guys an academy guide.
I'm not a pro so be mercyfull

First of all, the academy is ment to have a "guardian" to teach the sro rules to the "aprentinces" and the academy rules to the "junior guardian".
Ill take it babysteps.
Once you get into an academy, youll start getting the cumulated buff (a blue icon in the right up corner of the screen, next to ur buff icons). That buff will be increased by each mob you kill. When you think u have enough, turn the cumulated buff into accumulated buff by right-clicking it and pressing "yes" in the "want to transfer the points to guardian" (or such) dialogue box. From that moment on, ull have a red icon (accumulated buff) that will decrease with every mob you kill and give u 10% more xp/mob. If you donate 1000 cumulated buff, you will receive 800 accumulated buff (and ill recive 200 ). Your next cumulated buff will start even before your accumulated buff ends. You can only turn cumulated into accumulated buff while the guardian is online and only once/hour.
Another nice thing is that once u graduate the academy you get 50% of the exp needed for lvl 41 as a bonus.
After you graduate, you will be asked to grade your guardian by offering 5 stars (the best grade), 4, 3, 2 or 1.
Depending on ur vote, the guardian will get more or less honor points.

Nevertheless.. here's my noob question: what happens when you are junior guardian (41-60)? do you get any cumulated buff? someone told me that you get nuttin' u_u

You get absolutely nothing.

When you reach level 40 you can graduate and after you rate your guardian, you get 1m exp, which is about 50% of the exp needed to get to level 41.

When you get to level40, your "Leave" button in the acaemy window turns into a "Graduate" button. Then you can graduate.
